**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

The B2B Data Sr. Analyst will work as part of a local B2B Strategy team that will allow the communication of a B2B Data Strategy. Identifying the most relevant Advanced analytics use cases, helping to build solid plans to migrate data to the EDF (Enterprise data foundation as the single source of truth for the B2B Team) and aligned with PepsiCo’s advanced analytics plan. This role will also connect functions with data agenda and capabilities.

This role will allow PepsiCo to evolve its B2B data and analytics capabilities, helping the organization to move forward in its digital agenda and reinforcing our culture of data driven decision making, enabling our future B2B ambition.

**Your Impact**

As an **IT Data Analyst** your responsibilities would consist of:
B2B Data Sr. Analysts will be allocated within the related B2B local team and will be responsible for Data & Analytics all topics for one of the key business verticals (Consumer, Customer, Value Chain & Enabling functions), creating trustworthy relationships with the business. Sr. analyst will also collaborate with Data & Analytics manager in building a holistic and coherent strategy for PepsiCo B2B Plan, bringing together a comprehensive and detailed plan for its execution.

Within its business vertical, key responsibilities include:

- **Data Strategy**
- Data readiness pre-assessment for B2B projects & requirements for its business vertical
- Orchestrate evolution of data readiness when needed.
- Interlock for B2B team with extended teams & translation into Data & Analytics requirements
- ** Portfolio Management**
- Accountable for bringing Data & Analytics capabilities to life, buildup of Advanced Analytics capabilities on time and according to defined scope.
- Set up organization for value realization.
- ** Successful Functional Partnerships / Business Engagement**
- Works effectively with diverse, multi-functional teams to come up with & implement the best solutions, moving people to act.
- Establishes trust-based partnerships with Functions to better serve the organization.
- Provide business advisory for Data & Analytics topics.
- Ensure connection with Latam & Global teams.
- Prepares materials & communicates effectively in 1:1 & group meetings.
- Embody “One Team” attitude with Functions, adapting ways of working when required.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Education**
- ** Bachelor’s degree **or equivalent (required). Ideal majors include Data & Analytics, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology

**Experience**
- 3+ yr. experience in **Management Consulting, Business Transformation with strong data orientation**, **data positions focused on strategic definition and business engagement** or relevant role.
- 3+ yr. experience in **multi-functional teams in a project setting** with results delivery
- Ideally, 1+ yr. experience in **scrum & agile ways of working**:

- Fluent in **English & Spanish**
