**Position objective**:
Are to reach the maximum production rate by reducing time and making the most of resources.

**Requierements**:

- Bachelor Degree Engineering (industrial, mechanical, chemistry, metallurgy)
- Master's degree in, manufacturing engineering, industrial and technical fields (mechanic & electric) preferred
- Ideally 5 years of experience in automotive industry (cooper wiring, extrusion, plastics or other materials)
- Experience in cable production (desirable)
- Lean Manufacturing certifications
- ERP/MRP management
- Production Planning and Scheduling, Process Improvement Techniques, Manufacturing Quality Standards, Continuous Improvement Techniques, Budgets and cost estimation, project management, risk management general knowledge.
- KPI's set up and management
- Cost reduction activities on the lines
- Efficiency projects implementation
- People management and development
- MS Office proficient
- Master's degree in, manufacturing engineering, industrial and technical fields (mechanic & electric)
- Engineering (industrial, mechanical, chemistry, metallurgy)
- Lean Manufacturing certifications
- Fluent in English is a must
- Visa laser and passport.
- Availability of travel.
- Schedule availability.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Update the assembly sequence according to the changes generated by design engineering, adapted to workstations according to the needs of the operation and the operator.
- The objectives are to reach the maximum production rate by reducing time and making the most of resources.
- Having and use correctly the technology at the workstation
- Generating a proposal for improvements to the product and therefore to the process to optimize the profit margin in the final costing of the product
- Updated information and controlled changes, for easy to track production requirements.
