The BHW sales associate lives and breathes sales. You are one of the most extroverted people you know and you love to speak to people. You love to share your passion for fine wine and the good life. At the same time, you are always closing deals. You thrive on the challenge and love sharing wines that you’re enthusiastic about. You’re always looking for the next opportunity to connect wine lovers with that next great bottle. This is a salary plus commission opportunity. Young or old, we’re only looking for top performers who have demonstrated sales success and are motivated to break sales records.

- You love wine and sharing it
- You love speaking to people and educating about wine (you’ll make 100+ calls per day)
- WSET Level 3 or above certification
- You consistently crush KPIs
- You’re resourceful
- Documenting, Organizing, and Automating are your secret weapons

- Proficient with MS Office, Google Docs, Asana
- Clear communicator

- Comfortable with basic math, finances, hitting ROI

BHW Sales Associate Scorecard
This mission of the BHW sales associate is to be the face (or voice) of the company and to interact with our national and global clients on a daily basis. You will solve wine problems with award winning customer service and they will tell all of their friends about how awesome we are.
Outcomes:
Track all client interactions using CRM (Klaviyo)
Grow social media groups and expand our reach online
Assist with growing sources and vendor relationships
Meet and exceed goals every quarter to achieve maximum bonus
Competencies
You are an “A” player, restless, always hungry, and looking to crush sales goals in order to maximize your own commission opportunities.
You must be detail oriented and highly organized.
You are high energy on the phone and daily in your interactions with others (high extrovert, ie. ESFJ)
You love to pickup the phone and help our clients and suppliers and you’re on the phone a lot, adding value.
Excellent communication skills
Focused enough to documenting everything
Since you’re naturally an extrovert, you love to engage on social media
Communication Expectations
Weekly check ins with manager to communicate past weeks accomplishments, this week’s goals, and problem solve any roadblocks
