Customer Success Manager

**Objetivo del puesto**
Ser el primer punto de contacto vía **WhatsApp Business**, **redes sociales** y **Mercado Libre**, brindando una atención cálida, eficiente y resolutiva a todos los tipos de clientes.
**Responsabilidades principales**
- Atender mensajes entrantes por **WhatsApp**, **Instagram**, **Facebook Messenger** y **preguntas públicas en Mercado Libre**.
- Identificar rápidamente las necesidades del cliente para brindar información clara, cotizaciones base y alternativas viables.
- Utilizar flujos predefinidos, plantillas, enlaces a catálogos y formularios para agilizar las respuestas.
- Canalizar leads y solicitudes a las áreas correspondientes (dropshipping, empresas/eventos, pedidos personales).
- Dar seguimiento puntual a conversaciones abiertas hasta su cierre.
- Apoyar en la mejora continua de respuestas rápidas, documentación de FAQs y automatización de flujos (opcional: experiência en ManyChat).
**Perfil ideal**
- **Experiência previa**: 1-2 años en atención digital al cliente, ventas por chat o redes sociales.
- **Habilidades clave**:
- Comunicación clara, empática y profesional.
- Capacidad de redacción rápida y ortografía impecable.
- Organización para gestionar múltiples chats y canales simultáneamente.
- Criterio para identificar el perfil del cliente y canalizarlo correctamente.
- **Plus (no indispensable)**:
- Conocimiento básico de Shopify, Mercado Libre y procesos de e-commerce.
- Familiaridad con impresión têxtil o personalización de productos.
- Uso de herramientas como ManyChat, CRM, WhatsApp Business

Sueldo: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 al mes
