SmartFoam Machinery, a leading supplier of machinery in the foam packaging industry, is currently undergoing a period of sustained growth. As part of our expansion, we are actively searching for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The key responsibility of this role will be driving sales across our entire product range, with a special emphasis on promoting and selling our renowned die-cutting press machines to various industries.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell our full range of machines, with a focus on die-cutting press machines and newly developed machines including corrugated box machines.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential leads and explore new business opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and requirements by engaging in active listening and effective communication. Conduct thorough research on target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in our products.
- Deliver compelling online demos to prospects, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of our machines.

**Requirements**:

- A proven track record in sales, with a strong background in selling die-cutting press machinery, is highly desired. Familiarity with cutting-tables, industrial machinery, high-value capital goods sales, or protective packaging industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections and secure deals.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (preferred).
