**About the Role**:
In this opportunity as a **Human Resources Intern**, you will:

- Provide administrative support to a local HR community to help deliver the annual HR cycle, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Employee Survey.
- Create, protect, and file written correspondence and data associated with employees.
- Provide administrative support to HR projects and internal events.
- Provide support to Employee Relations activity as directed.
- Receive HR/Business Unit/Company-wide communications and act upon it as necessary.
- Support the Rewards initiatives as required.
- May also provide data for respective payroll teams.

**About You**

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent English.
- Entry level for complex administrative and support roles
- Good knowledge, experience, and skill in straightforward procedures, acquired through previous training or experience in HR.
- Good understanding of how role relates to work of others in the unit.
- Prioritizes own workload and uses initiative to carry out additional related tasks.
- Provides prompt, reliable service and clear communication to all customers.
