platform services that enable usage of LLMs and multimodal models

**About the role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and expert Technical Program Manager
to join our Human-in-the-loop (HITL) team, to act as a Solutions
Architect. This exciting role is two-fold. First, by being the technical
liaison with internal teams (Engineering, ML Engineers, Applied
Scientists) requiring our HITL services. Second, implementating
Sagemaker of the various labeling efforts we may require. Our partners
teams Front End Engineers will be available for sophisticated coding
requirements for a given solution.
Your role will also lead crafting and implementing scalable and efficient
solutions using AWS Sagemaker Ground Truth or similar platform tools.
We will often get projects of similar type (classification, transcription)
and we want to be able to maximize the reuse of templates. Your
experience will help us in refining the HITL processes to improve the
performance and accuracy of our machine learning systems.

Estamos buscando un “Gerente de Programas Técnicos” altamente calificado y experto para unirse a nuestro equipo de Human-in-the-loop (HITL), actuando como Arquitecto de Soluciones. La función de esta posición es ser el enlace técnico entre equipos internos (Ingeniería, Ingenieros de Machine Learning, Ingenieros de Ciencias Aplicadas) que requieran nuestros servicios HITL. Adicionalmente el rol requiere implementar Sagemaker para los diversos esfuerzos de etiquetado que sean necesarios. Nuestros equipos de Ingenieros de Front End estarán disponibles para requisitos de programación sofisticada de cualquier tipo.

La posición también liderará la creación e implementación de soluciones escalables y eficientes utilizando AWS Sagemaker Ground Truth o herramientas similares para plataformas. A menudo se recibirán proyectos de características similares (clasificación, transcripción) que requerirán maximizar la reutilización de modelos. This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events.

**You Will Get To**:

- Architect end-to-end solutions using AWS Sagemaker Ground Truth (or similar platform tools) to address our clients' machine learning and data labeling requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, data scientists, and engineers to understand business objectives and technical requirements, and convert them into robust and scalable solutions.
- Design and implement data labeling workflows, including HITL processes, to ensure high-quality labeled data for training machine learning models.
- Mentor and train AI Operations Managers running day-to-day processes.
- Develop strategies for refining the HITL process, optimizing the interaction between automated algorithms and human annotators, andstreamlining the feedback loop.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on model integration, infrastructure setup, and deployment strategies.
