**Responsabilities**
- Submits monthly and annual tax returns on a timely manner
- Prepares workspapers for internal and external audits
- Prepares support and documentation to comply with requirements from the tax authorities (SAT, Customs and Economy)
- Reviews annual Federal tax opinion (dictamen fiscal)
- Collects all financial and fiscal information to elaborate the Transfer Pricing Study
- Prepares workpapers in Excel to calculate annual tax return and analyzes any tax matters with accounting team related to this calculation.
- Submits and follows up tax refunds and compensations (Income Tax, VAT)
- Prepares tax accounts reconciliations monthly for US and MX GAAP purposes
- Manages contracts control (electronically and physically)

**Requirements**:

- Experienced as Tax Advisor on international entities at least 4 years, Tax and Financial audit management, knowledge on financial statements structure, transfer pricing analysis reviewer, calculation of local taxes, VAT returns and requirements attendance; human resources administration.
- Bachelor’s Degree in accountancy, desirable tax specialty or master’s degree
- Advanced English Level
