We are looking for a **Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator**.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, accreditation, or employee record management.
- Knowledge of California labor laws and regulations is desirable.
- Experience with HR systems such as ADP Workforce is a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support in employee onboarding and orientation.
- Accreditation and compliance management.
- Employee offboarding processes.
- Employee verification and record maintenance.
- Employee support and engagement.
**We offer**:
- Salary: $25,000 to $26,500 MXN (gross, monthly) + additional benefits.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Workplace: Av. Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla 1995, Ladrón De Guevara, 44600 Guadalajara, Jalisco.
Pay: $25,000.00 - $26,500.00 per month
