Job Summary
**Job Description**:
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add _Travel and Expense Analyst _located in _Guadalajara, North Campus_._
- Reporting to the _AP Team Leader_, _Account Payable Analyst _role involves_ _responsible for working with internal customers (employees) to support employees counts with cash in advanve during their travels, validate their expenses according with Policy, to monitor Cash in advance metric, and support local compliance requirements. Assist in monthly closings._
What a typical day looks like:- To pay Cash in advance to employees_Support employees, employee ID creation, travel support and payments
Review Expenses reimbursements_- Maintain appropriately the Cash in advance account_- Prepare monthly reconciliation._- Process payments for Corporate card._- Tracking of counting metrics, manual payment process, ledger and subledger_
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Bachelor’s degree in administration, Finance or related._- Intermediate-Advanced_ English._- SAP (nice to have)_- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations._- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals._- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers._- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability._
