Customer Service Representative

The Functionary is looking for a _Customer Service Representative_

**Responsibilities**
- Virtual office assistance.
- Scheduling, cancelling or rescheduling appointments.
- Provide general information to customers on client’s services
- Invoice information.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Advanced English proficiency is a must.
- Previous Call Center Experience
- High School Diploma
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00 CST.

**Desirable requirements**
- USA Medical / Insurance sector knowledge
