It's a colorful world - make your mark by joining the BIC team today. **IT JDE Business Analyst, JDE** IT JDE Business Analyst, JDE, you play a key part in increasing our capabilities and achieving our strategic targets, like: - Enable business continuity: ensure that the IT systems address the business requirements and keep the business running. - Enable business transformation: define and implement new IT solutions to support our business transformation initiatives. - Enable business innovation: explore with the business how disruptive technologies will be at the core of our future transformations. - Strategic Analysis: Perform comprehensive assessments of our current financial systems and processes within JD Edwards, proposing opportunities for optimization and enhancement. This can cover (but not limited to) scope such as Sales Order management, Procurement management and WMS initiatives, up to AP/AR/GL/Cash and Fixed assets Processes in JDE. - Innovative Solutions: Participate in the design of the solutions within JD Edwards, tailored to address our unique business challenges and objectives. - End-to-End Implementation: Take charge of the entire Demand implementation lifecycle, from configuration and customization to testing and deployment, ensuring seamless integration and mínimal disruption with other BIC tools and processes. Contribute to JDE projects as JDE Business analyst. Ensure good transfer to Support team at the end of implementation phase. - Team strategy: Follow and contribute to the team strategy and best practices for specifications, testing and documentation. - Business support: identify and perform end user training, workshops and support for complex and escalated issues to ensure business continuity. - Data-Driven Insights: Harness the power of advanced data analytics to extract actionable insights from our financial data within JD Edwards, empowering informed and strategic decision-making. - Change Management Mastery: Develop and execute change management strategies that foster successful adoption of Finance enhancements, driving user engagement and maximizing ROI. - Knowledge Sharing: Promote continuous learning and improvement by sharing best practices, providing mentorship to junior team members, and fostering collaboration across the organization. - Partnering: Partner with the business and other IT teams. - BIC Core Model: Create IT specifications aligned with the BIC Core Model, always with the idea of standardization, robustness and scalability for the solutions. - Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies, pioneering innovative solutions that position us as industry leaders.
