Como Plant HR Supervisor desempeñarás un rol clave para cumplir con los procedimientos, instrucciones y reglamentos de trabajo que el área genere, así como también, para asegurar el seguimiento de las políticas de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente de la planta ubicada en San Luis Potosí, México.

El impacto que tendrás en este rol
- Adaptaras diferentes técnicas y métodos para hacer frente a las variaciones en las condiciones de trabajo y operaciones para resolver problemas complejos.
- Supervisarás el desarrollo e implementación de mejoras y/o soluciones a los procesos y herramientas de trabajo.
- Diseñaras e implementaras procesos para mejorar el aprendizaje de los empleados y de la organización
- Proporcionarás capacitación sobre conceptos y medidas clave de recursos humanos que son críticos para el negocio, así como para su eficacia
- Crearas planes de comunicación de recursos humanos y trabajaras en estrecha colaboración con la gerencia para preparar el plan de dotación de personal y definir las calificaciones para cada puesto
- Garantizaras que los valores y las políticas de 3M se mantengan y cumplan, así como que los procesos se implementen según corresponda, garantizando el cumplimiento de las políticas de conducta empresarial de 3M y la legislación local.
- Participaras activamente en programas e iniciativas corporativas relevantes, cumpliendo con los estándares profesionales y de calidad, actuando de manera coherente con los valores y estándares éticos de 3M.

Las habilidades y experiência que buscamos
- Licenciatura terminada afín.
- 06 a 09 años de experiência relacionada a la posición.
- Experiência en Recursos Humanos, Ley Federal del trabajo, trabajo con sindicato y manejo de conflictos.
- Capacidad de comunicarse en inglés escrito y hablado.
- Habilidades de liderazgo y supervisión
