**JOB TITLE: Training Spcialist**

**CITY & COUNTRY: Monterrey, Mexico**

**ROLE SUMMARY**

**The engagement centre is fully dedicated to provide world class customer service to our consumers and distributors in the US. We provide multi-channel support and have the best team of people ready to assist them.**

**The Training Coordinator’s primary role is to be responsible for the training design and delivery of the engagement centre’s agents and staff, this includes new hire training, keeping the team updated on changes and new releases, as well as additional skills. In addition, the training coordinator will develop course schedules and sessions and will ensure all trainees understand and grasp the required concepts comprehensibly.**

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- **Assist Staff Manager and resolve all training requirement for the engagement centre.**:

- ** Develop and maintain documents for various processes, assist in preparing development plans**:

- ** Ensure SOPs and process are compliant to last business and government updates**:

- ** Create world class training delivery program**:

- ** Design and maintain training course for all materials and develop appropriate manuals and handouts**:

- ** Facilitate training sessions**:

- ** Measure training effectiveness and new hires quality operations delivery**:

- ** Culture and employee engagement experience promoter**

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE**

**ESSENTIAL**

**Experience Required**
- C1 level English
- 2 years of experience in training, training development, or a similar position
- Experience designing training activities to promote engagements

**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**
- High proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Power Point
- Familiarity with interactive learning activities
- Must adapt to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, written and orally

**Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required**
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Neurolinguistics or related fields

**BENEFICIAL**
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
- Experience creating relational database queries (not indispensable)
