Come be a part of this journey**BAT Mexico IS LOOKING FOR Engagement Centre Training Coordinator**SENIORITY LEVEL: Non-Management****FUNCTION: Marketing****SALARY RANGE: Excellent benefits****LOCATION: Mexico, Monterrey****ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES****Reports to**: Support Staff Manager**Reporting Level**:Managerial**Geographic Scope**:America**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**Responsible for the training design and delivery of the Engagement Centre’s Agents and staff.In addition, the trainer will develop course schedules and sessions and will ensure all trainees understand and grasp the required concepts comprehensibly.The Role:- Assist Support Staff Manager and resolve all training requirement for the engagement centre.- Develop and maintain documents for various processes, assist in preparing development plans.- Ensure SOPs and process are compliant to last business, government updates.- Create world class training delivery program.- Design and maintain training course for all materials and develop appropriate manuals and handouts.- Facilitate training sessions.- Measure training effectiveness and new hires quality operations delivery.- Culture and employee engagement experience promoter.**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**- Please explain me you experience in Engagement Centre.- Do you have any experience working with other markets in America?**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**- 2 years of experience in similar positions.- High proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office, specific Excel, and Power Point.- Knowledge of Learning Management System (preferred- Familiarity with interactive learning activities- Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed- Bachelor’s degree in Phycology, Neurolinguistic, or related field.- Proficient English Spanish.**BENEFICIAL**:- Experience working with other cultures.- Experience in Business Partnering.**WE ARE BAT**At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
