Founded in 2014 by a pair of expatriates from renowned consulting and accounting firms who felt they couldn't deliver maximum value to their clients. To better support startups, small, and medium-sized businesses, we realized we needed to start our own business and offer practical, honest, and sophisticated business advice—backed by strategic, accurate, and technology-driven accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and financial strategy services.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Advanced English proficiency
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with all client accounts payable and accounts receivable needs
- Perform daily coding and reconciliation of bank transactions
- Enter accounting data into appropriate systems to ensure timely and accurate tracking
- Perform reconciliations, analysis, troubleshooting, etc., in clients' accounting systems, including Xero and QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Escalate billing or coding issues through the proper channels to ensure prompt resolution
- Calculate monthly employee commissions
- Monitor and optimize billing and collection processes for assigned clients
**Compensation and Additional Benefits**
- Monthly salary of 22,000-24,000
- Legal benefits and additional bonuses and perks offered by the company
