Focused on attracting and retaining the most talented people. **OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION**: Receive, Plan and Coordinate customers' purchase orders within the time and requirements, ensuring compliance with receipt policies, as well as coordinate all internal activities to said operation, including the follow-up of the correct shipment of each order of our customers maintaining constant communication with account executives, in addition to reverse logistics processes. Inform "Cut Risks", availability dates, request for early releases, etc. **SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**: - Graduated from Industrial Engineering, LAE or related career. - Handle SAP at an advanced level and Excel Intermediate. - Experience in the process of receipt and deliveries in CEDIS, dealing with customers and carriers, customer service (complaints, returns, order tracking, etc.), inventories, etc. - It is desirable to have an intermediate level of English, indicate in the CV your level. - Ease of working in a hybrid work scheme (in place and remote) - Capable to maintain conversations in English, preferred B2 level or higher. - No difficulties in traveling to the work center located in Ocoyoacac, State of Mexico. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Receive, capture, and coordinate customer purchase orders. - Manage inventory and report potential shortages - Review and manage customer portals - Carry out the planning of purchase orders, consolidation by unit capacity "cubicage", obtaining labels from the different systems of the client. - Manage inventory in system for allocation by purchase order. - Maintain communication with the customer and account executive, sharing delivery date, quantities to be supplied and possible cuts. - Follow up on the delivery to the customer's facilities, managing any inconvenience - Coordinate delivery appointments - Capture and manage customer returns. - Keep the "SAP" system up to date - Ensure transport optimization. - Coordinate weekly meetings to review results. - Report generation - Contribute to the achievement of sales objectives by ensuring good order management **POSITION OFFER**: As a family-owned business, taking care of our associates is a top priority.
