**Field Production Supervisor**:

- Supervisar que todas las operaciones se realicen conforme a las normas y políticas de seguridad definidas por la empresa, y en cumplimiento a los programas de gestión certificados.
- Pre contratación de los lotes a sembrar para el ciclo de producción correspondiente; ejecución del plan de siembras y seguimiento continuo al desarrollo de los cultivos en los predios bajo su responsabilidad; asegurando el correcto control de plagas, malezas y enfermedades en los cultivos de maíz.
- Seguimiento oportuno a las normas de calidad desde pre siembra, aislamientos y floración. Monitorear los lotes en etapas de floración para prevenir cualquier riesgo de contaminación interna y externa; y planear y ejecutar el proceso de des espigue en tiempo y forma en los diferentes lotes de campo.
- Manejo oportuno y eficiente del personal para las diferentes actividades en los lotes de campo de servicio especializado, y administración adecuada de los productos agroquímicos para los diferentes controles como plaga, maleza y enfermedades.
- Búsqueda permanente de ahorros dentro del proceso a través del desarrollo de proyectos de mejora y estandarización de procesos; y participar activamente en la implementación de One PSS.
- Asegurar la captura oportuna en plataformas digitales de todos los procesos de desarrollo vegetativo y reproductivo del cultivo de maíz en campo.
- Desarrollar iniciativas y proyectos de reducción de consumos de agua, electricidad, papel, etc que aporten al cuidado del medio ambiente; y dar soporte a la implementación de iniciativas globales relacionadas con sustentabilidad.

Cumplir con los procesos de establecimiento de objetivos de negocio, planes de desarrollo personal conforme a los lineamientos de Bayer, y entrenamientos corporativos.
