JR IAM Operations Analyst

Country: Mexico

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Setup New Access rules. SR ROLE
- Log Analysis for the Creation/Modification & Deletion of User accounts SR ROLE
- Monitoring the Scheduled Jobs (Task Schedulers), documenting of issues, taking the corrective Action if there are failures JR ROLE
- Performing the Reconciliation tasks manually JR ROLE
- Create customer Object class & attributes based on client requirements SR ROLE
- Design and automate User and termination
- Configure user repositories and manage Directory Services
- Performs second and third level of support for all IAM production issues, manager escalation and working with Product Support Engineers as needed
- Java experience/Databases(SQL/Oracle experience)
- Basic knowledge of SailPoint
- Complete pending change tickets
- Solid Excel skills including vLookup and other advanced data analysis functions
