In this role you’ll serve as the lead for identity management and the IAM team. You’ll develop, implement, and monitor IAM policies and procedures for ALG and its subsidiary businesses and you’ll also provide operations support for identity management tools and technology.**A successful IAM Analyst will**:- Work with the Director of Operations to develop and implement the programs and processes as agreed to by IT leadership and security- Manage the tools, technology, and documentation needed to implement the defined access levels and methods- Ensure that the implementation of the programs and procedures conforms to appropriate technical and organizational standards- Be available to respond to incidents for identity management as assigned**A successful IAM Analyst will have**:- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience is required- At least 3 years of IT experience is required- At least 2 years’ experience working with identity management solutions is preferred- At least 2 years’ experience designing and working with highly available systems is preferred- Excellent customer service skills are required. Must be able to deal effectively with a variety of customers with a keen focus on hospitality- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to complete work in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy- Technical experience is preferred- Proficiency with Active Directory and Exchange administration preferred- Familiarity with SAML, Azure Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services, or other federated identity management technologies preferred- Familiarity with basic networking and IT infrastructure Education and Experience**About Apple Leisure Group**As North America’s only vertically integrated travel, hospitality and leisure management group, Apple Leisure Group is an industry innovator that combines the expertise of 14 leading brands.
