**¿Te emociona construir comunidades leales y crear contenido que impacte miles de personas al día?**

Estamos buscando a una **Community Manager creativa, proactiva y apasionada por las redes sociales** que quiera crecer junto con nosotros y liderar la conversación con nuestras comunidades digitales.

**Lo que harás día a día**:

- Construir una comunidad sólida y fiel en Instagram, TikTok y Facebook para cada marca.
- Planear, redactar y coordinar contenido que conecte con emociones y convierta.
- Coordinar la producción de contenido con diseñadores, videógrafos e influencers.
- Medir el impacto del contenido y proponer mejoras constantemente.
- Identificar oportunidades para hacer virales nuestros productos y campañas.
- Apoyar lanzamientos, promociones y dinámicas de marca.

**Esto es lo que buscamos en ti**:

- Experiência previa gestionando redes sociales (ideal si es en eCommerce o marcas de consumo).
- Excelente redacción creativa en español y habilidad para adaptar tono por marca.
- Buen ojo para el diseño y estética visual (aunque no seas diseñadora).
- Iniciativa, energía y ganas de crecer con una empresa en expansión.
- Conocimiento de métricas de redes y herramientas como Meta Business, TikTok y Canva
- (Plus): Conocimiento de fotografía, video o edición.
- (Plus): Experiência trabajando con influencers o campañas pagadas.
