**Your key responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that user experience design is integrated into the development process from ideation to launch.
- Utilize data and analytics to continually optimize and improve the user experience across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in digital user experience, and make recommendations for their integration into our strategy.
- Work with leadership to align the user experiences with business objectives and goals.
- Manage and prioritize individual projects, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful delivery of user experience initiatives.
- Partner to evangelize the importance of user experience design across the organization, and advocate for the needs of our users.
**Your skills and experience that will help you excel**
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in digital user experience design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing and delivering successful digital user experiences (must be shared when you apply).
- Experience with digital experience solutions/content management solutions (headless/hybrid).
- Experience leading user experience projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and analytics to inform design decisions.
- Experience with a wide range of design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with web development programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and Angular is a bonus, but not required.
