Our ‘Here For You’ Employee Assistance Program is available for our employees globally, providing confidential emotional support, financial and legal advice free of charge.**Your key responsibilities*****- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that incorporate best practices in user experience design and web development- Collaborating with developers and other team members to ensure that designs are technically feasible and meet stakeholder and brand requirements- Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure that the user experience is intuitive and effective- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development and user experience design, and sharing knowledge with team members and stakeholders as appropriate**Your skills and experience that will help you excel**- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital user experience and web development- BA or an MS in computer science, graphic design, or web development- Expert knowledge of HTML, HTML5, CSS2, CSS3, SaSS, LeSS, Bootstrap- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ECMA 2015, ECMA 2015+), Typescript, SPA frameworks (preferably React or Angular based)- Experience using build tools (e.g. Git, NPM, Webpack, Bower, Grunt, Gulp, Yeoman), wireframing (Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch) and rasterized and vector drawing tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Gimp)- Experience with responsive/accessible design and mobile-first design principles- Experience with user research and testing methodologies- Comfort with working across time zones, regions, and cultures- Excellent communications skills across all modes: written, verbal, in-person and virtual presentation**How we’ll support you**- Our culture of high performance and innovation relies on our people sharing their knowledge and lifting each other up.
