- Bookkeeping: 2-3 years (required)
- QuickBooks: 1-2 years
- Education: Bachelor's

Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk and QBO Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Online(QBO) experience, a can-do attitude, and the ability to be a team player and a critical thinker.

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (Accounting preferred)
- Minimum 1-3 years of recent relevant work experience
- Possess excellent knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Payroll, Sales Tax understanding of different states in the USA, and Mexico.
- Experience with AP, Payroll, AR, Reconciliations, and Journal Entries
- A working knowledge of G-suite, Excel, Asana, Zoom, and Gusto

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Categorizing Expenses
- Adding Expense Reports
- Processing Payroll
- Reconciling Bank, Credit Card, and PayPal Accounts
- Pay Sales taxes
- Multi-state payroll reporting
- Storing Statements
- Providing Financial Statements
- Annual Income Tax filing

Additional Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Extremely organized with an eye for detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A willingness to think outside the box and produce creative solutions and innovations for difficult problems

**Salary**: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per month
