We are seeking an **Americas Regional Controller** responsible for overseeing and managing financial operations across the region, ensuring compliance with corporate objectives, and reporting directly to the CFO based in China.
- Responsibilities:_
Financial Management: Oversee financial operations across the Americas, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
Budgeting & Strategic Planning: Develop and coordinate annual budgets and strategic plans aligned with global corporate goals.
Management Control: Implement and monitor internal control systems to optimize financial and operational efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial operations comply with local and international regulations.
Financial Analysis: Provide detailed financial performance analysis, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Requirements:_
Experience: Minimum 5 years in financial control in management roles in the automotive industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Language: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese; Spanish and / or English is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
