Located in our Toluca Plant, you will be HR Analyst **Key responsibilities**: - Manages terminations or voluntary separation process to include explaining polices/procedures to employees, responding to questions, participating in interactive discussions with employees. - Provides administrative support for HR disciplines including staffing, employee development, compensation, benefits and employee relations - Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements. - Handle and provide personnel information during internal or external audits - Maintains Oracle (HR Gate) information up to date - Performs other duties as required and assigned. - Maintain Ipower as Corporate training and admin tool - Coordinate communication programs - Supports the onboarding process - Implements environment/wellness programs **WHY GATES?** Founded in 1911 in Denver, Colorado, Gates is publicly traded on the NYSE.
