**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Strategy & Management**
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on **Facebook Ads** and **Google Ads** to maximize ROI.
- Oversee and maintain our **CRM (GoHighLevel)** to track leads, manage pipelines, and monitor marketing performance.
- Manage and optimize the company’s **organic marketing presence** across social media and online directories.
- Coordinate with our **video editor** to create engaging scripts and marketing materials.
- Track, analyze, and report on **all marketing metrics**, adjusting strategy as needed to sustain a high-quality lead flow.

**Collaboration & Coordination**
- Work closely with leadership to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, or content creators for photos, videos, and graphic design.
- Research and recommend new marketing tools, software, or channels to improve results.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience managing **Facebook Ads** and **Google Ads** with measurable results.
- Proficient in **GoHighLevel CRM** (or similar marketing CRMs).
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and lead generation strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed marketing decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Previous experience in the home services, construction, or roofing industry preferred (but not required).

Pay: $15,000.00 - $18,500.00 per month
