**Puesto: Marketing Manager (Remoto)****Salario: $1400 USD mensual****Descripción del Puesto**:Agencia de diseño web y marketing digital en crecimiento busca un(a) **Marketing Manager** con pensamiento estratégico, mentalidad analítica y habilidades de liderazgo para supervisar campañas de marketing digital, coordinar equipos, y garantizar resultados para marcas locales y tiendas en línea.**Responsabilidades**:- Diseñar estrategias de marketing digital para clientes en sectores como eCommerce, B2B y servicios locales.- Coordinar con diseñadores, redactores y media buyers.- Crear y monitorear KPIs de campañas, garantizando el cumplimiento de objetivos.- Colaborar con equipos de CRO, branding y desarrollo web para asegurar coherencia en la estrategia digital.- Presentar reportes mensuales a clientes y realizar optimizaciones continuas.**Requisitos**:- Nível avanzado de inglés (escrito y hablado).- Experiência mínima de 3 años como Marketing Manager en una agencia o empresa digital.- Experiência gestionando equipos multidisciplinarios.- Capacidad para pensar estratégicamente y ejecutar tácticamente.- Excelente comunicación y habilidades interpersonales.**Horario**:Lunes a viernes — 9:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m. (Hora del Este, EST)**Modalidad**:100% remotoTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $26,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Horarios flexiblesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
