**You Are**:
**The Opportunity**:

- Schedule sales meetings and follow up on action items from sales calls
- Monitors the accuracy of updates of Leads, Opportunities in CRM, proactively follow up on missing or stale entries with Pursuit teams
- Implements and manages weekly reports and sales dashboards

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

**What you need**:

- 1-5 years of work experience as an admin assistant
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities and willingness to learn (will be provided training on sales tools)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent systems skills including Excel & PowerPoint are required
