What We Need

We are looking for a Title/Licensing Associate who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.

As the Title/Licensing Associate, you will assist all drivers with maintaining legal plates on an ongoing basis.

A Day in the Life:
- Facilitate the maintenance of a title through the life of the vehicle: processing buys lease backs, ownership transfers, title corrections, state to state transfers (retitling), corporate name changes and title follow up.- Follow Title Management Processing procedures including title management projects where multiple units for one client require processing and collaboration of employee and project team will be necessary to accomplish goals.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in an administrative area or related- 2-3 years professional experience in office environment- MS Office (Excel - ability to add data to cells, use SUM function, sort data and Word - ability to create documents)- Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience communicating with external stakeholders- Strong problem-solving abilities- Ability to manage time, prioritize multiple tasks and focus on detail- Strong work ethic and proactive collaboration skills- Comfortable working in a fast-paced organization, able to shift to different priorities
