We are looking for a **Chief Data Analyst** to lead the evaluation and migration of a client's outdated Hadoop data system to a cutting-edge cloud platform using AWS and Snowflake.

In this role, you will oversee data profiling, optimize migration workflows, and deliver essential insights to guarantee a smooth transition. Join us to leverage your expertise in this key modernization initiative.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze current data architectures to assess and document the existing environment
- Oversee data migration workflows and resolve issues to enhance process efficiency
- Communicate migration status and risk management to stakeholders regularly
- Record migration procedures and configurations to meet compliance standards
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards supporting strategic decisions
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to maintain data consistency and alignment
- Spot opportunities to elevate data quality and migration methodologies

**Requirements**:

- At least 7 years of expertise in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence roles
- 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Advanced analytical skills with strong command of SQL and data manipulation tools
- Experience in ETL workflows and integrating data sources
- In-depth knowledge of data architecture and migration best practices
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated experience creating reports with Microsoft Power BI
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and analysis
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficient English language skills at B2 level or above
