Lead Data Analyst BI Analysis

Join our team as a **Lead Data Analyst** to direct the migration and rationalization of a client's legacy Hadoop data system to a contemporary cloud infrastructure utilizing AWS and Snowflake.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze current data systems to map and assess the data environment
- Oversee data migration operations and resolve issues to enhance efficiency
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding migration status and risk management
- Record data migration steps and final setup for compliance purposes
- Create and update Power BI dashboards to facilitate data-driven decisions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and data accuracy
- Spot opportunities to boost data quality and optimize migration methods

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence roles
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Strong analytical abilities with expertise in SQL and data manipulation languages
- Experience with ETL workflows and data integration technologies
- Thorough knowledge of data architecture concepts and best practices for data migration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilities
- Proven experience in developing reports using Microsoft Power BI
- Advanced skills in requirements analysis
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
