**What you’ll do for us**
- Lead a team of automation specialists to continuously improve processes and strengthen an automated ecosystem of digital tools and operational technologies.
- Ensure capability building and Automation Team forming process. Contribute to the overall process of capabilities developing of the new operation.
- Support the Engineering and Projects area in the design, construction, and execution of projects, mainly in projects that need advanced automation, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), WMS, Database, networks, and cloud solutions.
- Design, build and deploy new solutions or use cases related to advance automation and data analysis.
- Comply with the guidelines of Food Safety, Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety), Corporate Standards and any other applicable legal requirements.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- University/bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 5+ years’ work experience in manufacturing environment
- IT / OT Architecture
- SAP MII
- Knowledge of Computer Integrated Manufacturing (Sensors & Signals, PLC, SCADA/HMI, MES, ERP, and Data Lake / Unified Namespace UNS)
- Experience designing and developing industrial automation solutions.
- Experience managing or leading people.
- Experience working with database and server environments.
- Project Management
- Technical skills: MS SQL Database knowledge. MES implementation experience. Batch systems knowledge.
- Bilingual preferred - English & Spanish
