**Job Duties**:

- Assist in the management of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, and shipping of goods
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to manage the daily operation and generate reports on warehouse performance
- Support the Warehouse Manager in training and supervising warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability
- Providing customer service to handle customer complaints and questions
- Assists in maintaining the security and safety of the warehouse.
- Assist in conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience of working in a warehouse is preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse systems and procedures
- Strong computer skills & must be willing to learn WMS&OMS
- Be able to work in the warehouse, learn proper operations of warehouse equipment

, and frequently lift and/or move items
- Availability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment, with a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime
- Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills
