**Position Summary**

The focus of the Sales Manager is on selling expedited logístical solutions to clients and prospecting for new business and managing both new and existing accounts. The strategies may include cold-calling and prospecting daily, lead generation through relationship selling processes, and regular face-to-face client visits, attending industry-specific trade shows and conferences, and phone sales.

Sales Manager must establish and maintain customer relationships, assess client-specific needs, and promote the services of the company to achieve the sales revenue goals.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop new business opportunities. This will include customer visits and developing relationships within the defined vertical.
- Prepare and present proposals, make recommendations for new services, extensions, or enhancements and overcome objections to closure.
- Execute the account strategy.
- Ensure that all account plans, service level agreements, standard operating procedures, organizational charts, account information and related documentation are current and on file record.
- Reporting to management and clients on KPIs to track client activity.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Operations Management or an equivalent combination of logisitics, air freight, or supply chain experience required.
- **2 - 5 years of experience selling expedited logistics services TO THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY**:

- **It is MUST to have experiencie experience on selling expedited logistics services; next flight out (NFO), onboard carry (OBC), and charter and other services such as ground. Understands the air freight operations.**:

- Must be a highly motivated self-starter with the desire to acquire additional responsibilities.
- Must exhibit excellent communication skills at all levels within the customer.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
- **Necessary to live in Querétaro**
