We are seeking a skilled **Middle Data Analyst** to join our team.

As a Middle Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in measuring and optimizing media performance across various channels to align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing measurement frameworks and analyzing media's influence on customer journeys, while ensuring data integrity and quality.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze media performance across advertising channels such as Search, Social, Content Syndication, and Display
- Develop and maintain performance measurement frameworks
- Produce dashboards and reports to track KPIs and campaign performance
- Uncover insights on Media-generated touchpoints and their contribution to conversions and customer lifetime value
- Identify optimization and personalization strategies to enhance engagement and conversions
- Maintain accurate tagging, tracking, and governance processes to ensure data quality
- Stay informed about trends and best practices across platforms like Google Ads, DV360, LinkedIn

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in a media analytics related role
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics; familiarity with Google Analytics
- Skills in Excel, SQL, and Python for data handling and analysis
- Competency in data visualization tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, or Power BI
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to present insights effectively to varied audiences
- Strong communication skills both in writing and verbally
- Collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset
