Join our team as a **Business Analyst** specializing in data analytics and visualization.
**Responsibilities**
- Elicit and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Analyze and validate data consistency between data warehouse and source systems
- Develop and maintain data models for accurate reporting
- Design and build interactive reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
- Write and optimize SQL scripts to support data analysis and reporting needs
- Collaborate with data warehouse development teams to ensure data integrity
- Communicate insights effectively to clients and internal teams
- Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement of BI solutions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies
- Participate in testing and quality assurance of BI deliverables
**Requirements**:
- Experience in data modeling for reporting with at least 2 years in a Business Analyst role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI with hands-on experience in dashboard development
- Knowledge of data warehouse development concepts and practices
- Strong SQL scripting skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Ability to gather and document detailed requirements from diverse stakeholders
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to validate and reconcile data
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and technical teams
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
**Nice to have**
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse platform
- Background in business intelligence analyst roles
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies
