**SERVICE DESIGNER SR**

**Que necesitas**:

- Experiência de al menos 3 a 5 años desempeñando el puesto de Service Designer.

**Debes de saber sobre**:

- Métricas de negocio (costo por adquisición, Lifetime Value, etc)
- Modelo de negocio / Métricas de uso y costos de procesos.
- Liderar equipos y/o proyectos multicanales.
- Planeación estratégica.
- Herramientas de diseño de servicios como: Service Blueprint, Costomer Jourmeys, Mapa de Ecosistema, Mapa de Stakeholders, Mapa de Empatía, Costumer Lifecycles, Service Safari, Bussiness Model Canvas.
- Diseño estrategico centrado en los usuarios y Design Thinking.
- Research con usuarios (cualitativa y cuantitativa).
- Behavioral Economics.

**Book debe de contener**:

- Explicación de procesos de diseño de servicios.
- Experiência notable aplicada en Diseño Centrado en la Personas.
