Purchasing Business Support Sr. Specialist

**Objective**

Support purchasing organization globally on business process evolution, leading the business process improvements and definition, and coordinating cross functional teams to ensuring standardization and global alignment

**Main Responsibilities**
- Establish the framework and roadmap of global process improvement initiatives
- Works with stakeholders to understand the business needs and convert them into actionable projects
- Design and document purchasing business processes
- Identify improvement areas in purchasing processes and deploy new solutions to close gaps
- Provide support to purchasing teams, including but not limited to deployment of global purchasing initiatives
- Planning, coordination and implementation of purchasing process initiatives, including communication and change management

**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree
- Advanced English
- Experience in:

- Operative Purchasing and/o Strategic Sourcing
- Business Process Improvement and Process Mapping
- Project Management
- MS Office
- SAM MM & Ariba
- Scrum or Agile Frameworks
