Se busca Revenue Manager con perfil analítico y enfoque estratégico para integrarse a una empresa líder en el sector hotelero. Esta posición es responsable de desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales que maximicen la rentabilidad del negocio, a través de una administración eficaz del inventario, control de tarifas y análisis de mercado.
Descripción del puesto:
Crear y ejecutar estrategias que incrementen los ingresos mediante el análisis de la competencia, comportamiento del consumidor y tendencias del sector. Administrará el inventario por canal, ajustando tarifas y disponibilidad de forma dinámica con base en la demanda.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Crear estrategias de precios basadas en ocupación, temporada y análisis de la competencia.
- Gestionar el inventario de habitaciones en todos los canales de distribución.
- Monitorear el desempeño de los canales de venta (directos e indirectos).
- Coordinar con los equipos de Reservaciones, Ventas y Marketing para alinear estrategias.
- Analizar reportes de revenue (pickup, forecast, ocupación, RevPAR, benchmarking, etc.).
- Supervisar la correcta carga de tarifas en PMS y herramientas de distribución (channel managers).
- Evaluar oportunidades comerciales a través de campañas, promociones y paquetes.
