The company received an investment in 2022 from Encinno Capital, a search fund, and is currently pursuing an aggressive growth strategy consistent with its mission of becoming Mexico’s best and most prominent property manager in the luxury segment.**Position Summary**:The Junior Revenue Manager will help develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize revenue growth, occupancy, and profitability across the company’s portfolio of luxury properties. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background, proactive, tech-savvy, and preferably knowledge of the luxury hospitality market.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Strategic Leadership and Planning**:○ Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and market positioning.○ Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitor performance, and market demand.○ Lead the forecasting process, utilizing data analytics to predict future demand and adjust strategies accordingly.- **Pricing and Property Management**:○ Oversee dynamic pricing strategies to optimize rates and maximize revenue.○ Add new properties to property management software and update information as needed.- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:○ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rates.○ Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting revenue performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.- **Distribution Channel Management**:○ Optimize the mix of distribution channels, balancing direct and indirect bookings to minimize costs and maximize reach.- **Collaboration and Communication**:○ Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and IT to ensure alignment and integration of revenue management strategies.○ Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including property owners and senior management.- **Compliance and Risk Management**:○ Ensure compliance with rate parity agreements across all distribution channels.○ Identify and mitigate risks related to pricing, inventory, and market fluctuations.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum three years of experience in administration or front desk, preferably within the hospitality industry.- Strong analytical skills, highly proactive, independent.- Tech-savvy.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Fluent in writing, speaking, and reading in English**What we offer**:- Highly competitive compensation package.- A company where we see Revenue Management as a top priority.- An excellent job environment with a high degree of flexibility.- Direct reporting to senior management, with a significant mentorship component.- A rapidly growing organization with multiple opportunities for personal growth.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $30,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Estacionamiento gratuito- Horarios flexibles- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Diurno- Turno de 8 horas- Turno matutinoEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- revenue: 2 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
