**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Outstanding Communication**: Clear, effective written and verbal communication is essential.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: A natural ability to build rapport, actively listen, and engage clients to ensure a positive experience.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Skilled in handling various client inquiries, from service requests to billing questions and conflict resolution.
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to change.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and VOIP technology.
- **Experience in Sales or Customer Service**: Experience in these areas is a plus but not required.
- **Bilingual Skills**: Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred.
