Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Monterrey, NLE, for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves managing customer interactions across various channels, ensuring a positive customer experience, and addressing inquiries effectively. The representative will handle customer support cases, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Ability to enhance Customer Experience and foster long-term Customer Relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Problem-solving skills to address inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work on-site as part of a dynamic team in Monterrey, NLE
  • High attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
