**Responsabilidades Principales**:
**Proceso de Reclutamiento**:

- Publicar ofertas de empleo en portales especializados, redes sociales, y otros canales de reclutamiento orientados a perfiles IT.
- Realizar entrevistas telefónicas con énfasis en evaluar habilidades técnicas y soft skills.
- Coordinar entrevistas técnicas con los equipos de desarrollo o sistemas, asegurando una correcta evaluación de las competencias técnicas.

**Selección de Candidatos**:

- Realizar pruebas técnicas y evaluaciones de competencias en colaboración con expertos del área.
- Hacer seguimiento del proceso de contratación hasta la aceptación de la oferta laboral.

**Gestión de Relación con Candidatos**:
**Requisitos**:

- Lic. en administración o afín
- +1 año de experiência en puesto similar
- Experiência requerida en búsqueda de perfiles TI (Desarrolladores de diferentes tecnologías, DevOps, QA, entre otros)
- Inglés **AVANZADO**

OFRECEMOS:

- Esquema de trabajo híbrido (2 veces a la semana en oficina)
- Rango salarial de hasta $17,000 netos
- Excelente ambiente laboral
- Horario de 9:00 a 6:00 p.m.
