**SUMMARY**
Ensure that your employees know, understand and follow the manufacturing specifications and procedures as well as the production schedule. You will ensure that your employees correctly and periodically report waste, material losses and any other applicable event that may affect the material system and/or financial statements. It is the responsibility of this Management to support those initiatives of other support departments that help improve productivity and quality, as well as being responsible for eliminating any process that adds value to the product. Manage the resources for the introduction of a new project to the Juarez Operations company in an efficient, cost-effective manner and with the quality standards established by the company.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
Manage Human Resources.
Production planning (According to requirements).
Compliance programs in quantity and mix (Production).
Continuous quality improvement.
Fulfillment of internal and external goals.
Coordinate the transfer of new products.
Monitor compliance with safety rules.
Continuous staff motivation.
Establishment of appropriate communication channels at all levels.
Control of department expenses.
Development and training of subordinates.
Participate in drills and follow Emergency Response procedures in the event of a contingency.
Demonstrate leadership and commitment with respect to the Environmental Management System.
Ensure that the responsibility and Authority in relation to the EMS are carried out.
Contribute to compliance with the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001).
Comply and ensure that their subordinates comply with the applicable environmental legal requirements in their area, ethical responsibility, work safety, the company's internal work regulations, and any other law applicable to its operation. It is also the employee's responsibility to notify their immediate supervisor if they become aware of any deviation from these laws or regulations.
**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
Bachelor’s degree of Engineering.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Production area with a minimum of 3 years at Superintendent level or 2 years at Manager level.
English language proficiency.
Human resources management.
Decide to hire direct labor.
Establish merit recognition programs.
Decide production schedule priorities.
Optimal management of human resources.
Budget management.
Stop operations that do not meet quality requirements.
Prevent / stop actions that affect the safety of personnel or damage the facilities of the Plant.
Assign responsibility and authority to the personnel under their charge to ensure compliance with the EMS.
