**GROWTH MARKETING ANALYST**

**PROPÓSITO DEL PUESTO**

Crear, optimizar y analizar el flujo de conversión de prospectos a pacientes y hacer los upgrades de pacientes actuales. Encargado de crear estrategias creativas que involucren procesos automáticos o semi automáticos, con la ayuda de cubos de información.

**PERFIL**
- Lic. en Mercadotecnia, Marketing, Diseño Web, Comunicación, Publicidad o afín
- Experiência mínima de 2 a 4 años en puestos similares
- Manejo de Excel avanzado, cubos de información, MySQL (aspecto a evaluar)
- Vivir en CDMX o Querétaro preferentemente
- Análisis y creación de grandes volúmenes de datos para identificar oportunidades en el Funnel de Conversión (plataformas de SMS)
- Análisis para la identificación de necesidades de plataformas: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Firebase, Hotjar y/u otras herramientas de Behavior Analytics

**FUNCIONES**
- Creación de cubos de información y manejo de Excel avanzado
- Construir flujos de valor que lleven a la venta del servicio
- Diseño y gestión de campañas de retargeting (SMS marketing)
- Monitoreo, análisis y manejo del Funnel de Conversión usando plataformas como Google Analytics, mapas de calor, etc.
- Colaborar con miembros de otros equipos y canales para optimizar todos los puntos de conversión
- Gestión de la venta online directa e indirecta: a través del propio portal de la empresa y nutrir datos del CRM
- Diseño y gestión de campañas PPC (Pay Per Click).
- Conocimiento y experiência desarrollando estrategias de marketing digital, enfocadas en campañas de SMS masivos

- Salario $14,000 a $16,000
- Bono de $4,000 mensuales por alcance de resultados
