The Legal Support Supervisor is an intermediate level, non-attorney role, responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team. This role requires a pragmatic, proactive professional with thorough understanding of the Citi Legal Team. Management responsibility of a team, including management of people and planning. The overall objective of this role is to provide support to the Legal Team. **Responsibilities**: - Responsible for the execution and delivery of legal support activities related to legal operations, litigation/discovery/settlements or negotiation and contract administration - Provides quality control of work by monitoring execution of team objectives, ensures team follows established strategies and business plans, policies and procedures set forth by the function head; understands the firms risk appetite and direction - Collaborates across control/support functions, lines of business and the legal team on programs, projects and matters of common interest to achieve coordinated and efficient process improvements and legal support solutions - Engages with colleagues to resolve legal support situations, placing focus on future strategy and efficiencies - Supervises a medium team by providing professional analytical expertise, participating in the assessment process and supporting personnel-related matters as needed **Qualifications**: - 2-5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably with some experience working in an in-house legal role within financial services; previous management experience preferred - Proven ability to manage complex documentation with organization and detail - Must possess excellent interpersonal and project management skills, as well as the ability to interact and communicate effectively with Senior management - Knowledge of legal customs and practices - Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry **Education**: - Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferred Dominio del inglés, tanto oral como escrito.
