**About the Team**

The Global Service Center team is responsible for delivery Policy, Signaling, SBC and Cloud Native projects around the world, ensuring quality and excellence in all deployments. A PM will be able to work with customers and internally to ensure the highest level of operational excellence in the whole lifecycle of the projects.

**Responsibilities**

Project Management: Focused on complex, delivery sensitive projects crossing diverse development teams that operate via Agile Principles

End to End Process: Formalizing best practices and procedures

Business Intelligence focused reporting: Highlighting point in time status, trends, impact of changes and pinpoint areas for further improvement

Due Diligence: Ensuring compliance with contractual and operational obligations and Oracle business continuity, security, and operating standards

Customer Success: Focusing on providing the best services in all the projects

Work in different time zones

Work Saturday sporadically

Travel 25% of the time

**Required qualifications**

8 or more years of experience with Program Management

Good understanding and experience working with mobile technology projects in the Packet Core of 3G, 4G or 5G.

High level understanding of the elements included in the Packet Core like PCRF, DRA, ETC.

Understanding of virtualization and containerization

Collaborate with teams inside and outside of Oracle to leading cross-functional teams to achieve business-critical goals while ensuring Oracle security/compliance standards are met

Managing complex projects from Initiative start to completion

Host and facilitate meetings, record effective notes, and drive action items post meeting as well as communicate status including risks and hurdles

Capture and organize information for communication in wiki/Confluence: meeting notes, project related content including extraction of jira tickets from several data sources, and status

Use your technical understanding to identify tasks, gaps, issues and risks that can be technical in nature

Be comfortable working in an ever-changing environment and using Agile methodologies to track work as a team, as well as deliver frequent scopes of incremental change that add value

Ability to quick learning new skills and domains

Proactive and self-driving

Must have a fluent English, both, written and verbal understanding

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

As a recognized authority and leading contributor, this project management professional, provides consistent innovative and high quality solution leadership. Responsible for guiding the successful implementation of non-routine and complex business solutions ensuring high quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer’s satisfaction.

Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle’s solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. Effectively applies Oracle’s methodologies and policies while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle’s risk and exposure. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for effective project delivery on small to medium engagements. Provides direction and mentoring to project team. Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations. Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility. Manages the scope of medium sized projects including the recovery of remedial projects.

8-10 years of experience relevant to this position. Prior project team leadership or management experience. Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Selling skills preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Ability to travel as needed.
