Able to install, configure and develop components using Oracle middleware products.- Work with client’s business teams to capture requirements and build integration solutions accordingly.- Be an onsite technical lead and co-ordinate with offshore team to accomplish activities when needed.- Identify potential risks, problem areas and develop procedures that provide effective workarounds to the problem at hand.- Train other oracle resources and guide them as per project needs.- Produce Integration and Technical Architecture Documents to include Integration Requirements, Conceptual Technical Models, Platform, Performance and Operational Requirements.- Serves as advisory for pre-sales activities around integrations areas as needed.- Works with peers and a matrix of other team members in the business unit to improve products and services delivery and to expand the capabilities of services provided to Oracle customers.**Qualifications**- Experience working on large-scale IT implementations involving Middleware integration components.- **Hands on experience with Oracle SOA Suite 12C, OSB, BPEL, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) **or similar integration platforms such as MuleSoft, TIBCO, etc.- SOAP and/or REST web services.- Experience in XSTL, XQuery, XML, SoapUI- Knowledge/experience in Core Java, J2EE- RDBMS/SQL- Strong Unix skills and experience with UNIX like operating systems such as RH Linux, Oracle Linux etc.- Hands on experience using Oracle WebLogic server with the ability to install, configure and performance tune.- ODI skills highly desired- Must have excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills- Experience working for large "big 4" type consulting firms is highly desired- Be able to demonstrate operational skills in Oracle products like Oracle Database.- Ability to travel up to 50% for client assignments to any destination is a key requirement of the role. May have to do M-TH travel sometimes depending on client/customer needs.**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
