ABA Finance, a leading financial institution committed to delivering exceptional banking services and solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Channel Account Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing relationships with our valued channel partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Channel Partner Management:
- Foster strong and collaborative relationships with our channel partners, including financial institutions, brokers, and independent sales organizations (ISOs).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, proactively addressing their needs, providing support, and ensuring prompt resolution of any issues.
- Work closely with channel partners to develop and execute joint business plans, aligning objectives and strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and establish future goals.
2. Sales and Business Development:
- Drive sales growth by actively promoting ABA Finance's comprehensive range of products and services through channel partners.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, cultivating and expanding our channel partner network.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials, empowering channel partners to effectively promote ABA Finance's offerings.
- Provide comprehensive product training and equip channel partners with the necessary sales enablement resources to enhance their understanding and selling capabilities.
3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor channel partner performance against agreed-upon targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct thorough analysis of sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare insightful reports and presentations for management, showcasing channel partner performance, market insights, and actionable recommendations.
4. Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including product managers, marketing teams, and senior leadership, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to channel partners, providing guidance, support, and expertise to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, sharing valuable insights with channel partners and internal teams to drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Demonstrated success in channel partner management, business development, or sales within the financial services industry.
- Thorough understanding of financial products and services, including lending, deposit accounts, investments, and electronic banking solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical capabilities, enabling the interpretation of data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.
**Salary**: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- 22010, Tijuana, B.C.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
